DotAdmin User Guide

Identities

You webmail "identity" is used when sending email to identify you to your recipient, and to provide an email address which the recipient can reply to.

You can have many different identities set up in your webmail account: for example, you may have "Customer Support" <support@mydomain.com> and also "Your Name" <your.name@mydomain.com> set up.

Please ensure that the address which you provide in your identity has been configured by dotAdmin to arrive in your webmail account, otherwise your email recipients will not be able to reply to you!

Before you begin sending email using dotAdmin webmail, you must have set up your identity correctly.
