The Order List

The orders that fall within the listing parameters that you have set will appear in a list underneath the ‘Filter Order List’ box:

The Order List

The first column will have a symbol denoting the order status. The key to what each symbol means can be found by looking at the ‘Orders With Status’ checkboxes. For example, a question mark ‘?’ means ‘Awaiting Payment’.

The end column also has a series of symbols.

If you hold the cursor over each symbol in turn, explanation of what each one means will appear. In order, these symbol’s functions are;

• 1st cart symbol – view order
• 2nd cart symbol – view order with stock
• list tick – mark order as paid
• cross – mark order as cancelled
• lorry – mark order as shipped
