Product Model Editor

Editing variants in a Product Model group

The Product Model Editor allows you to add different options to a sale item. This could be additional components, choice of colour/size etc.

When you create a new variant in the Product Model Editor, these will show in the online store to allow customers to make their choices when adding items to the shopping cart.

• Open a sale item in the Sale Item Editor
• Click the ‘Edit Product Model’ link
  
  
• The product model editor will open up a new window

If you are editing an existing product, what you see when you open the ‘Edit Product Model’ function will depend on what options this item already has in place.

Each individual group field in the Sale Item Editor (under the top ‘Default’ field) will also have its own group in the Product Model Editor.

TIP: It may be helpful to follow the above steps with some existing items in your store so that you can see how the various stages affect one another.
