The Form Editor

dotAdmin's form editor provides a user friendly way to create and edit forms used on your website.

The form editor will allow you to create most types of form, however, more complex forms can be created in HTML source code outside of dotAdmin, and pasted into templates or page contents.

The form editor is broken down into to 3 main sections:

• The Config Section
  Basic global settings of the form
• The Form Editor
  Allowing you to see the form roughly as it will be displayed on your website, and allowing you to alter the individual form elements
• The Add New Form Field Interface
  Allowing you to add a new form field to your form
