The File Info tab
The File Info tab in the Page Editor.

The controls found on the File Info tab of the Page Editor represent very basic information about the location and lifespan of the page.

In Zone:

File Info Settings
File Location.

This shows the hierarchy of zones which make up your website, and the zone your page belongs to is selected by default.

Important! Editing this setting will move your page to another zone. Take care not to ‘misplace’ pages by accidentally editing this setting.

Note: Zone Index pages cannot be moved to another zone. Because the Zone Index page represents the Zone itself, the two cannot be separated.

File Info Settings
File Date Settings.

Publication Date

This can be used to set a date when your page will become visible on your website. By default, these fields are set to the current date and your page will be published to your web site as soon as you save it. If you enter a future date, your page will not become available on your website until that day.

Note: Some Nav types use the Publication Date to determine the order of a list of page links, ensuring that the newest pages are always at the top of the list.

Expiry Date

The opposite of the Publication Date—this is the date when your document will stop appearing on your website. This can be useful for time-sensitive documents such as events announcements, where you want the page to disappear from your site after a given date.

By default, these fields are set to zero, meaning your page will never expire. To have your page expire at some date in the future, enter that date in these fields.
